Item Description
A late 19th century ebonised bedroom chair with influences from the Aesthetic Movement. The back rest bars incorporate inset bone 'dots', and carved and gilded stylised sunflower motifs. Double stretchers between the legs at the back and sides means this little chair has kept its sturdyness. Cane seat in good order. Overall a very pretty chair. Seat height 42cm.
