Antique 8″ Holophane Ripple-Lite Church Pendant Light -A

A prismatic glass pendant light Manufactured by ‘Holophane’. The light has retained its original aged brass metal gallery, stamped with its makers mark ‘Holophane “. The shade consists of 2 glass parts retaining original cast makers mark around the neck rim. The original brass clips hold the shades in place.
This type of light would have originally been used in a church, they look great both lit and unlit and have the flying saucer look to them.

This light is supplied with new period style brown twisted 3 core fabric flex and CE certified B22 bayonet lampholder. The light can take up to 100W Equivalent LED bulb. The glass shade doesn’t have any visible chips or cracks, there might be the odd air bubble in the glass from manufacturing.
The light is supplied with an aged brass ceiling rose.
