Victorian Decorative Gilt Picture Frame
A beautiful gilt picture frame with lovely decorative detail such as the beading and a leaf design (possibly acanthus leaf which suggests the early Victorian or possibly Georgian period). The thickness and depth of the frame are also characteristics of this era.
It would fit a 40cm x 25cm picture.

Circa: Victorian, late nineteenth century
Workshop Report: The frames are solid and in good condition considering their age some very minor aged related marks, cracks – see photos.
As with all our products, this product is an original vintage item so there are signs of wear from use.
