Beautiful Isabelle with her green bow...
I found her hiding from the rain under a table in a French market, what a beauty.
I thought late 1940s from her hair and shape of lips and after some research she was painted by a French artist, Paulette Harmine in 1948.
Framed in a simple Montparnasse frame, unglazed, signed and with an indistinct pencil name on the reverse. I make out Isabelle but not the surname.
