Item Description
Antique copper watering can or lamp oil can. The first recorded watering can was written about by Lord Timothy George in the garden diary in 1692 and was usually made in copper. Conversely it may have been for lamp oil, whichever is correct I would be using this for inside my potting shed,it is a beautiful old antique. It is made from copper with heavy brass around the base, handle and spout.
