This stunning Antique Coromandel fitted Jewellery box with secret drawer is a mid Victorian-era piece made in the United Kingdom. This beautiful box is extremely well made with hand cut dovetails in the drawer and the mirror is in excellent condition. The bottles may be replacements but fit very well and gives it a great look. the button on the back rail (inside the box) opens the front drawer which is a drawer for rings and jewellery (see photo's for condition and more details). The brass cartouche on the top is vacant. The box measures 30 cm across the front 23.5 cm from front to back and 18 cm tall and has a total weight of 4000 grams.
