VINTAGE ORIGINAL PAINTING
A mesmerising scene depicting three ghosts against a dark blue/black background.
The painting itself is unsigned but is clearly by a talented hand who knows their way around the medium capturing the spooky scene expertly using quick confident brushstrokes.
A hard thing to date precisely but the painting probably dates from the mid-late 20th century period.
Framed and glazed in earlier, antique 19th century deep set gilt frame which compliments the artwork well.
The painting itself is in very good condition with minimal wear commensurate with age. Likewise the frame is in good vintage order with some minor wear commensurate with age.
Approximate overall measurements: 37cm x 32cm x 4cm. The visible area of the painting measures approximately 23cm x 18cm.
