Item Description
A medium Spanish glazed terracotta olive oil pot, circa 1880 from Catalonia.
Turned and worked by rope it has an inner glaze that drips along the rumen creating a lovely pattern.
These handmade antique pots were used to store olives and oils and as such have developed the most wonderful patina with deep caramel hues over the years.
This pot comes with a lovely iron stand with pretty scroll work feet – beautiful decorative pieces for garden and home.
