An original 1930’s Church vestry cupboard.
Probably used to store garments as it only has one internal hanging rail.
A lovely slimline cabinet with chunky moulding to the top and simple hand-carved quatrefoil around the bottom skirt – typical Christian symbolism of the period.
It has a hand painted enamel door knob with brass escutcheon.
It’s lovely deep warm patina makes it a very attractive piece, perfect for the hall or a small room.
