Item Description
A small Spanish glazed terracotta olive oil pot, circa 1880 from Catalonia.
Turned and worked by rope it has an inner glaze that drips along the rumen creating a lovely pattern.
These handmade antique pots were used to store olives and oils and as such have developed the most wonderful patina with deep caramel hues over the years – beautiful decorative pieces for garden and home.
Footprint 14cm. Neck Opening 16.5cm.
