Vintage 1950's oil painting on board. 'Amsterdam' a wonderfully evocative city scene with tree-lined, canal-side street dotted with characterful figures walking alongside a moored Dutch barge. Captured with a colourful palette and spontaneous vigorous brushwork. Signed, titled and dated 53 lower right. Complete with the original frame.
Good vintage condition. Cosmetic signs of age and wear to the frame - included in the sale for free.
