An elegant and substantial 19th-century Spanish "Frantino" refectory table, expertly crafted from solid pine with a contemporary bleached finish . The thick planktop is supported by Baroque style lyre-shaped trestle legs . A hallmark of the period, the table is reinforced by a decorative, hand forged wrought iron stretcher. The 'S-scroll" under-structure features elegant twists and larger volute ends, providing both structural stability and a light, airy aesthetic contrast to the heavy timber.
