Item Description
We have sourced a large collection of beautiful old French confit pots in various shades of stone, mushroom and palest grey. Originating from the Burgundy region of France and all sporting the traditional unglazed base of these simply designed pieces. They are fabulous for use both in the house and outside as planters. The smaller ones look beautiful with herbs and the larger ones filled with spring and summer flowers on a patio or on a bench or table.
Vintage pots can not guaranteed to be frost proof if left outside but they can be helped to last during very cold spells. Advice is to ensure they are raised off the floor, move to a sheltered place if possible and protect from rain and snow. You can also wrap pots in a layer of burlap or bubble wrap.
