Item Description
On our last buying trip to France we met Sylvia by chance and got talking about her interest in antiques and the fact she was an artist. We looked at her work and I fell in love with it immediately. She works with acrylic paint mixed with gesso and paints onto board giving her artwork a wonderful thickness and texture.
This example is a simple and subtle cubist inspired still life. Wonderful earthy colour palette that lends itself well to a huge variety of interiors.
