Item Description
Rare 19th century open arm chair with an unusual elongated seat.
With double stretchers and a triple ladder back. The chair is sturdy and the sprung seat is comfortable, it appears to have been re-upholstered in recent years in a thick white sateen fabric with a large scale floral design.
Finished in a dark stain which has worn away in places leaving a pleasing coloured patina.
