Item Description
An exceptional side table from Paris attributed to Maison Ramsay from the 1950's. Crafted from hammered iron with a beautiful mottled matt gilding, and with elegant, classical inspired tapered legs. The original top is made from very thick 2cm 'verre eglomise' finish, with a burnished, layered old bronze effect, designed to be within the center area. A similar finish is also on the lower shelf.
Very rare in this original condition, the top has two very minor chips, barely noticeable, while the bottom shelf has some minor damage to the corne, practically invisible once the table is assembled. The combined glass and table frame is very heavy and size is 50cm wide and 43cm tall.
