Offered for sale is this superb Victorian brass bound burr walnut writing slope.
In burr walnut having brass tablet to the top and similar escutcheon. Brass bound straps and corners. Inside it has a tooled leather writing slope with lift up flaps, 2 original ink wells, pen tray, lidded compartment. It has 3 secret draws under the bottom writing flap. Comes with 2 original keys to lock outer box and inner flap.
Would make a lovely gift or present.
