Item Description
Offered for sale is this antique oak roll top desk that is made from solid oak. It is a rich dark oak colour. Oak tambour roll top with brass lock with makers name Angus. Inside there are a series of pigeon holes. One pedestal has 4 graduated draws, the other has 3 graduated draws with the bottom being a double dummy fronted draw for files. Brass knob handles, pull out slides at the top ideal for a mouse of for holding drinks. It has a locking bar mechanism so when the roll top is closed this locks all the draws. Once the roll top is open, all the draws can be opened. It has a central pull out draw with carved detail. Oak panelled sides and back. Standing on turned bun feet. Breaks down into sections so is easy to transport and assemble. Comes with original key.
