Item Description
Offered for sale is this nice set of 8 mahogany dining chairs. There are 6 singles & 2 carvers.
The chairs date from 1900 and are in the Hepplewhite style. All solid mahogany. Shaped top rails, pierced Splat back with wheat sheaf carving, upholstered seats , standing on square tapering legs with stretchers
Single chair measures 54cm wide, 52cm deep & 98cm high
Armchair measures 55cm wide, 52cm deep & 98" high
Seat to floor height 48cm
Offered in very good clean condition. Lovely colour and shine to the mahogany. All the chairs are solid and sturdy, No loose backs or loose joints. No woodworm. The upholstered seats have signs of use the, odd mark which will probably come out with a good upholstery cleaner.
