I absolutely love this piece. This fabulous console table made in the style of a classic Drapers Table which was used in a fabric shop to lay out the fabric ahead of measuring and cutting and the bolts of cloth were stored on the shelf underneath.
This example has been fashioned by our wonderful French cabinet maker who was taught his trade by his Father. The table has been made using authentic methods and with antique wood and components from old pieces of furniture. The wood has been treated with this glossy black painted finish which we absolutely love and has beautiful brass drawer furniture.
A wonderful sideboard, console table.
