The surface is decorated in a blue and white floral transferware design. Clear Faienceries Sarreguemines makers mark to the base. The dish is designed to be placed on a surface. A beautiful, elegant and timeless bathroom accessory. I currently have two available to purchase. The price is for one soap dish.
