Item Description
Quality, original pair of large French curtain tie backs. Dating from the 1800's these are in a heavy cast brass, weighing just under 1 kg each. There is a highly decorative feathered motif on each of the finials and a bow to the backplates; all with a wonderful gilded finish. Designed to be wall mounted, with a strip across the back, which can slot onto a flush mounted bracket, along with a screw hole to each for added support. Stamped with the initials JC 333 on the reverse side. Beautiful decorative feature for your curtain or drapes.
In very good condition. Slight surface marks from age and use.
