Item Description
A small, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip bud vase. This is marked “WEDGWOOD ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1900. There is also a further, small, indistinct, impressed mark. The vase is decorated, in white relief, with four different reliefs depicting Cupid. To the neck is a band of laurel leaves and berries. The reliefs are good quality and the jasper dip is a good, rich shade of blue. The vase is in very good condition but there are a couple of firing lines in the white relief depicting Cupid with a scythe.
Dimensions: Height 12.5cm. Diameter 7.6cm.
