Item Description
A late 19th century, Wedgwood, three colour jasper ware clock. This is marked “WEDGWOOD” and it dates from c.1880. The white jasper body is decorated in lilac and green relief. To the front are three of the “Dancing Hours” beneath garlands which hang from oval medallions. Above this, and also to the sides, are military and musical trophies hanging from ribbons. The reliefs are all very good quality and the piece is in excellent condition. The clock is a replacement from the original but it does not appear to be working. We are selling this as an unusual piece of Wedgwood and not as a working clock.
Dimensions: Height 16cm. Width 10.8cm. Depth 5.3cm.
