Item Description
A super mid 19th century country house sofa. Raised on thick turned front legs and splayed rear legs, all with the original large brass casters. The legs and show wood are mahogany with veneered mahogany at the back. English c1840
The frame is in good solid order with tight joints. The squab and bolster cushions aren't original to the sofa and we have used them for photography purposes only. New cushions would be required which we can arrange either feather or horsehair which this sofa would have originally had.
As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
