Extraordinary and large 19th Century French iron plant stand or wall jardiniere.
This exceptional piece originates from a chateau in the Ardeche region of the South of France. It has two substantial back uprights for attachment to a wall. The deep 'basket' has a removable slatted floor grill and is surrounded by decorative upright supports to the front and sides.
A unique and rare find.
