Item Description
An eighteenth century, polychrome, Dutch Delft charger. This is decorated, in shades of blue, green, iron red, manganese and ochre. There is a central panel painted with flowers and this is surrounded by a narrow geometric border. To the rim is a wide, geometric border in green and iron red. The charger dates from c.1780. There are a number of chips to the rim and there is wear to the glaze, on the rim, which one would expect on a piece of 18th century Delft.
Dimensions: Diameter: 35cm. Depth 6.5cm.
