Item Description
A 19th century, cast iron coffee mill with brass fittings. This is cast with “OLDENBER GARANTIE” and it dates from c.1880. It could be either French or German as “garantie” means guarantee in both languages. However the design of the mill is very similar to the French, Peugeot models but the name “Oldenber” sounds more German and I can find no trace of the company. The mill is in excellent condition and in full, working order.
