Item Description
A set of six, super quality, 19th century, French crystal champagne coupes. These are made from a heavy, good quality crystal and they date from c.1880. The design is very unusual as it is a variation on a hollow stem coupe but only the top part of the stem is hollow. The underside of the bowls are cut in the form of a nine petalled flower and this cut extends down the stems to give a nine sided stem. They are all in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 12.5cm. Diameter at the rim 10.3cm. Diameter at the foot 7.4cm. There are marginal differences in the sizes as they are hand blown.
