Item Description
A large, 19th century, French copper saucepan and cover.The saucepan is stamped with the number “22” which relates to the diameter of the pan in centimetres. It is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and has the typical form of French steel handle. The lid is the type which sits onto the top of the pan and can then also be used on smaller pans. The pan and cover date from c.1880 and are in very good condition. The interiors have been re-tinned so that they can be used.
Dimensions; Diameter of pan 22.2cm. Depth of pan 11.5cm. Overall length of pan and handle 45.5cm.
