Item Description
A miniature, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip sucrier. This is marked “WEDGWOOD” and it dates from c.1850. It is decorated, in white relief, with two different classical subjects set between trees and foliage and to the border is a band of acanthus leaves divided by sprigs of laurel. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a rich shade of blue. The tip of the relief on one of the flowers is missing and there is the tiniest chip to the dip colour on the foot.
