Item Description
A three part, pewter ice cream, banquet mould with a rose to the top above fluted sides. This is English and it dates from c.1870. The base is marked with the capacity “1 QUART” and ”No 22” which is the pattern number. It is also marked with a registered design Kite Mark which would date the registration of the design to the 22nd of July 1868. The rose, to the lid, is beautifully moulded and would turn out well. The mould is in excellent condition. The interior is in very good, bright, usable condition and the exterior has a lovely, dark patina.
Dimensions: Diameter 12cm. Height 16cm.
