Item Description
A graduated set of five early 20th century, French copper saucepans. Three of the pans are stamped “J. GAILLARD 81 FAUBo ST.DENIS. PARIS” and the other two are simply stamped “J.GAILLARD PARIS”. They date from.1920. They are also stamped with their sizes in centimetres with the largest stamped “22” down to the smallest which is stamped “14’. They are all made from a very heavy gauge of copper, which has a planished finish, and they have steel handles attached by brass rivets. The actual sizes range:
Largest: Diameter of pan 22cm. Depth 11cm. Overall length of pan and handle 43.5cm.
