Item Description
A lovely quality set of six French crystal whisky tumblers with a matching decanter. These are marked, to the base, with an acid etched mark “Cartier Gilles” and they date from c.1970. They would have been made by one of France’s leading glass manufacturers for retail by the House of Cartier in Paris. They are made from a heavy crystal and each piece is decorated with an unusual cut design which resembles stylised leaves.
Condition: All 6 glasses and the decanter are in perfect condition.
Dimensions: Tumblers: Height 9cm. Diameter 8cm. Decanter: Height 25.5cm by 10.2cm square.
