Item Description
A three part, pewter ice cream mould with a group of fruits to the top. This is English and it dates from c.1880. The base is marked with the capacity “PINT” and ”No7” which is the pattern number. It is also marked with a registered design Kite Mark which would date the registration of the design to the 22nd of July 1868. The lid is beautifully moulded with a group of fruits including grapes, a pear, a plum, a strawberry and a tangerine, and this would turn out well. The mould is in excellent condition and the interior is in very good, bright, usable condition.
