These Blocks were used in Butchers shops and Charcuteries across France in the 19th and early20th Centuries. With a beautifully time worn surface, rich patina and a solid honest construction this would make a superb decorative accent to any Kitchen, Pantry or Dining space working well as a small side table or display stand.
