Item Description
A striking plate illustrating Neolithic (new stone age) implements, by James Geikie.
This plate dates from 1881 and features light foxing commensurate with age.
Recently reframed behind glass with conservation quality colour appropriate mount by a master framer this set it ready to be hung on a wall and enjoyed for many years to come.
The photographs do not do this justice, in person on the wall this is a real pleasure to behold, the colour of the frame, mount and plate is very complimentary.
