Item Description
Circa 1870's cane back bentwood armchair with leather arm rests.
Made by A.E Eliaers of Paris, a company well renowned for making medical chairs (predominantly for those injured in the war) by adding a motorised device to them.
The cane back rest is intact.
This handsome chair now requires a new seat and a leather repair to the left arm which we can take care of; we can quote to carry out the repair, and make a new seat pad to your requirements with your choice of fabric - please ask.
