Item Description
Stunning, original large Victorian ceramic wash basin with brass taps, drain and plug. Traditionally this basin would sit on a cast iron stand, however the shape means that it can also be fitted on a wooden unit, wash stand or piece of marble. The ceramic basin has the patent number printed around the plug chain pip which reads no.15493 . The brass taps are from the same Victorian period and complement the style. There are two scallop shaped recesses for soaps. The price includes wash basin, all brass accessories pictured and UK mainland delivery.

Condition: Excellent. The basin and brass accessories are refurbished and are all ready for installation. A slight blemish to the glaze on the left side of basin, see photo 3. Slight hairline crackling under the glaze visible on the reverse. On very close inspection one tiny hairline crackling in the basin. The glaze and basin are fully water tight.
