Item Description
A Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip beaker. This is marked “WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1920. It is also impressed with the number ”3 1/2”, which relates to its size in inches, and a letter “N”, which would be the workman’s mark. It is decorated, in white relief, with a continuous band of classical figures offering sacrifices. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a rich shade of blue. It is in excellent condition.
