Item Description
This is the third of three fabulous weighty linen sheets that came from the same household in central France. This is a beautiful piece with top quality decorative drawn thread work to the return hem; it's a very stylish sheet. The fabric has a lovely character to it with little slubs in the weave and it has good weight so it drapes beautifully for curtains or blinds. Or can of course be used as a sheet if you like a heavier weight.
The decoration on this sheet is beautiful. The linen has a real country feel to it but the workmanship is chic. Central monogram of the letters DL.
A gorgeous tablecloth or bed cover. Colour is a pale putty-white.
In excellent condition, the linen is sturdy with no thinning, damage or wear. No marks that I can see. (As always with an antique or vintage piece, there may be a tiny little nick or imperfection that we haven't spotted but I don't think so.)
